Privacy Policy

Charttoolbox is designed to turn your data into a chart without taking possession of your data.

Files and spreadsheet data

CSV and Excel files, pasted tables, calculated matrices, and chart settings are processed locally by your web browser. The tool does not upload or store the contents of your files on a server.

Technical information

This first version does not use accounts or advertising. If privacy-friendly usage analytics are introduced later, this policy will be updated before deployment. File names, spreadsheet contents, and cell values will not be collected as analytics.

Local browser storage

The current version does not save projects or spreadsheet contents to local storage. Downloaded PNG and SVG files are created on your device at your request.

Third-party services

The tool does not send spreadsheet data to third-party AI, charting, or storage services. Hosting providers may process standard web request information such as IP address and browser type to deliver the website securely.

A contact method will be added before the public production launch. Until then, this page describes the behavior of the local preview version.
